It was surely a such great stay for business trip. I loved almost every detail, including ideal staff and location. The room was tidy with bunk beds.

Beautiful place with attentive staff, everything was very clean. The food was fabulous and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu. I loved that the room was cosy with bunk beds.

Planned to see Chicago major attractions and it was unique base for visiting all of them...

Every detail was perfect from the beginning, including staff and location, I loved it. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a coffee maker, a sitting area and a study table inside the room.

Stayed here for 2 days, loved the hotel, it was clean with convenient location close to downtown. Our food for continental breakfast was great and all the staff were superbly friendly and accommodating.

Fairly clean, quiet hotel in a comfy location. Illinois Medical District subway stop is walking distance to the place, some 15 minutes on foot.

Its staff and location were amazing that's why I enjoyed the place.

Had a REALLY NICE stay here. The venue was luxurious, it had nice location and staff. Restaurant in hotel was good and the pool area was excellent.

An absolutely fantastic place, we loved its absolutely incredible location. The hotel staff were ready to help. Best bathroom, perfect bed, separate bedroom. Very easy to get from Midway International airport, just 9 miles. Amazing service overall. The whole experience was excellent.

Garden areas were gorgeous and staff was funny. Stayed in immaculate double room with a bath, the heater, as example. Outdoor bar was amazing and clean.

It was a very nice time staying at this grand hotel. Breakfast was large, staff was dismissive, place was neat. The atmosphere created here was cosy. The bed was good, and we had a microwave oven and refrigerator.

Air conditioned room, very pretty location, easy check-in. Spectacular view, a nice balcony, great bed, too. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of food. Good service throughout the hotel.

The hotel was cute, I loved neat rooms and gracious staff. They made my stay wonderful. Reasonably spacious suite and so so comfy bed. Food was appetising, impeccable service. Early check-in, late check-out.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Staff was helpful and property was very clean. There was la lagartija taqueria, max 5 mins walk to, liked their meals.

This hotel is a wonderful base for a weekend in Chicago. The property is in a quiet area and just walking distance from everything.

Would definitely go back! It took only 20 minutes to walk to Damen Blue Line bus stop...

this place is perfect to stay if you visit willis tower. the bed was nice, best sleep ever.
